RCIA is systematic look at the beliefs, practices and laws of the Roman Catholic faith. Sessions are held to explain the church’s teachings and practices, such as the celebration of the Sacraments. Participants of all backgrounds journey together to discover more about the Roman Catholic faith.
RCIA is a class for people who would like to know more about the Roman Catholic faith. It is also for those who desire to be received in full communion to the Catholic Church.
This includes:

Unbaptized adults.

Adults baptized in other Christian Traditions.

Baptized, but uncatechized adults Catholics who wish to receive the remaining two Sacraments of Initiation [Eucharist and Confirmation].

Catholic adults who want a refresher course in their faith.

Catholic adults who have not been practicing their faith for a period of time, but wish to return to the community of the Church.
